Welcome to our contemporary 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo at Magnolia North in Myrtlewood Villas. Designed to accommodate up to 4 guests, this spacious unit includes:
• Bedroom 1: King bed
• Bedroom 2: 2 Twin Single beds
The condo features a modern open layout, fully-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and a private balcony or patio. Enjoy the convenience of multiple televisions, complimentary WiFi, and a relaxing atmosphere for your stay. While the layout of the unit remains the same, please note that decor and furnishings may vary as each unit is individually owned.

Resort Amenities & Guest Access
While staying at Myrtlewood Villas, you'll have access to a variety of resort amenities:
• Heated indoor pool, indoor lazy river, and indoor hot tub
• Outdoor pool (open seasonally from April 1st to September)
• Fitness center
• On-site grills and picnic area
Please note that pool passes are required for the outdoor pools and can be picked up at the front desk. The indoor pool operates from 9AM to 5PM, and the outdoor pools are open from sunrise to sunset. During the summer months, please be aware of the parking arrangements for motorcycles or trailers—they are allowed in the office parking lot if registered at the front desk.
You’ll also receive two parking passes upon check-in.

• Booking Requirements: All guests must be at least 25 years old to rent with us. A signed rental agreement and a copy of your driver’s license are required. We do not rent to locals to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all guests. If you are under 25 or a local, your reservation will be canceled.
• Toiletries: The unit comes with an initial set of linens, towels, and toiletries for your convenience (not including beach towels). Additional toiletries should be purchased by guests as needed. You will also have access to a washer and dryer for freshening linens or towels during your stay.
• Some amenities, such as pools and hot tubs, may be seasonal and subject to availability depending on the time of year. Please reach out for specific opening dates and availability during your stay.
